Pick the platform first, the branding second
Private label failures usually start with an untested platform, not with artwork. Start from the series pages: 65W GaN for a premium laptop-ready label, 3-in-1 wireless for a lifestyle label, retractable cable for a travel label, or the 67W car charger for an automotive label. Each platform's wattage steps, PPS range, port splits and plug options are published, so your product page copy and packaging claims can be written from evidence on day one.
What the program includes
- Logo customization on the housing (the FAQ's stated OEM scope)
- Wattage selection — the FAQ names wattage as a customization axis, with 65W and 100W as examples
- Port configuration options across USB-C and USB-A layouts
- Plug standard matched to your market: US (straight or foldable), EU, UK, KR or AU as listed per model
- Colour variants where the model publishes them — the wireless line lists white, black, gold, pink and beige finishes on specific models
Terms and timing
MOQ is normally 3,000 pcs per item; lead time is around 35 days after pre-production sample confirmation, which is the stage where artwork and configuration are approved. Payment by T/T, L/C, D/P or D/A, and a 12-month warranty applies. The private label checklist walks through the ten decisions to close before sampling, and the OEM/ODM page explains when a program should step beyond label-only.
