PD Fast Chargers: The Five-Model Value Series in Sourcing Order

Five models, five jobs. This page walks the manufacturer's fast charger line from the 10W entry model to the 30W PD flagship of the line, so a buyer can spec a price-led program without reading the GaN catalogue.

Model by model

NHK-TU10U1A1C (10W) — the bundle basic: A+C outputs at 5V, CCC listed, foldable US plug. It exists for boxes that must include a charger and nothing more. NHK-TU15U1A1C (15W) — adds 9V and 12V steps on the C port for older fast-charge phones, CCC listed. NHK-X18WU1A (18W) — the certification outlier: UL, CB, FCC, CE and PSE on one value model, which makes it the default pick when a price-led program still has to pass a retailer's compliance review. NHK-X20WU1A1C (20W) — the standard phone PD profile at 20W with CB, FCC, CE, PSE and RoHS listed. NHK-C30U1C (30W) — the line's ceiling: full 20V/1.5A PD with PPS 3.3-11V/3A, CE and RoHS listed; it overlaps the bottom of the GaN 30W tier, and the choice between them is housing and price.

When to buy this line instead of GaN

When the program is judged on unit price at phone wattages and the buyer's compliance list is covered by the listings above. When the program needs laptop wattage, multi-port splits or PPS above 11V, the correct catalogue is the GaN line — do not stretch a value model into a laptop claim. The protocols behind these tiers are explained in PD vs QC fast charging.

Mixed-line programs

Most buyers do not choose between this line and the GaN line; they allocate. A common structure: this value line carries the bundle and promotional SKUs, while two or three GaN tiers carry the margin. The lines share plugs, terms and the same sample discipline, and the 30W NHK-C30U1C deliberately overlaps the bottom of the GaN ladder so a program can graduate customers upward without changing supplier. When you request the quote, ask for both lines in one document - the per-item MOQ applies per model, and seeing the full ladder priced at once prevents the tier gaps that strand volume later.

Certification planning belongs in the same conversation: if your market list includes Japan, the NHK-X18WU1A's published PSE listing makes it the structural choice of this line regardless of its mid-pack wattage - an example of listings, not watts, deciding a SKU.

Program terms for this series

Standard terms across the catalogue: MOQ normally 3,000 pcs per item; lead time around 35 days after pre-production sample confirmation; 12-month warranty; payment by T/T, L/C, D/P or D/A. OEM/ODM scope — logo, wattage and port configuration — is set out on the OEM/ODM page. Send model numbers, plug standard and quantity through the contact page for a configuration-accurate quote.
