Why mini is a category, not a compromise
At 20W the GaN advantage is purely physical: the same 9V/2.22A phone profile in a body small enough for a handbag or a jacket pocket, which is exactly what the manufacturer's “small size” titles claim and what the format delivers. The 25W pair adds a 12V/2A step for slightly faster tablet top-ups. For bundle programs — a charger in every handset box, a charger in every hotel amenity kit — this is the tier where unit cost and cube size decide the deal, and both models publish foldable US versions for the travel channel.
Positioning against the rest of the shelf
Do not sell the mini tier against laptops: 20W will maintain a sleeping ultrabook, not charge a working one. The honest shelf ladder is mini 20W for phones, 30-35W for phones plus tablets, 45W for ultrabooks and 65W for full laptops. The wattage guide gives the device-by-device mapping to write your shelf cards from.
Bundle economics
The mini tier is where charger programs meet packaging economics: at this size and wattage, the unit disappears into a handset box, a hotel amenity tray or a promotional gift set without changing the outer packaging's dimensions class. That is why the foldable US versions matter commercially as much as electrically - a foldable unit survives loose packing that would snap a rigid prong. When you quote this tier, quote it as a system (unit + packaging format + plug standard) rather than a bare unit price; the FAQ's pricing structure - quantity, packaging, certification scope, production plan - moves this tier more than any other.
